Produced by Diego Samuel Bermudez and family at Finca El Paraíso in Cauca. The cherries are inoculated with a selected YN-09 yeast strain, fermented anaerobically, washed, and put through a controlled thermal shock stage before decaffeination. That process is what gives this coffee its clarity and its fruit.

How to Make It 
Tear the pouch, add water or milk, stir until it dissolves.

• Espresso: add 2 oz water
• Drip coffee: add 6-8 oz water
• Iced coffee: add 2-4 oz water, then pour over ice
• Latte: add 6-8 oz milk and flavor of choice
• Blended: add contents to your other ingredients and blend
